How long have you been in business?
Concept One Media has been serving their customers for over 30 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Video production and editing services. We also offer video transfer and CD/DVD duplication.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have a degree in Radio and Television writing and Production. My goal is to make video production accessable to all businesses. It's a great tool for advertising and marketing their product or service
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I want to offer my customer's top quality and effective videos to reach their audiences. We always go the extra mile for our customers. It's our job to make their job easier.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have an office and studio in Downers Grove, we do a lot of work in Colorado, so maybe a western office is in our future.

355 to Maple exit, go east one block to Walnut, make a left and go north to Curtiss, turn right and in a half block, we're in the Curtiss office center, SE corner of the complex.
Ogden to Belmont, south to Curtiss, then west for about a half mile to the Curtiss office center, we're in the SE corner.
From Maple - to Belmont, go north to Curtiss then west 1/2 mile to the Curtiss office center, we're in the SE corner.

90% of our business is in the Chicago area but last year we shot in Boulder, CO * Valencia, CA * Raliegh, NC * Virginia *
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Our company is 100% woman owned by Linda Livorsi. I produce, direct and shoot occasionally. I do a lot of the writing and marketing for the company as well.
What are your hours of operation?
9am -5pm Monday - Friday
or by Appointment in the Evenings and Saturday
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Many of my client's have been with me for years. That's the best compliment. We do the job and we do it well. We want to make our client's jobs easier and make them look great.
