When helping my 2 Grandmothers and my Mom get through the maze of care after a hospital or rehab stay, I was totally unprepared for the options and the costs of care. I feel that there are many children of Seniors that need help and advice.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have personalized Free services. We help the client from the hospital stay, all the way through their move home (with help) or to Assisted Living. We also will provide Free transportation to the families for their tours.

There are 4 different AT offices in the Chicago area
